Good phone serv...the US has similar problems to us. Good phone service which they have been adapting for broadband, now they find they are being left behind, whereas other countries without decent phone networks have romped ahead with fibre. I don't know how they are gonna allocate the funding in the US. Don't think it sounds very organised. As with anything new, most of it will be swallowed up by development agencies and wages, and not end up in infrastructure. Hope the same doesn't happen here.
